Teaching Philosophy & Specialization

My teaching is grounded in the belief that communication is both a professional skill and a civic responsibility. I strive to create inclusive, student-centered classrooms where theory and practice meet. Through interactive projects, real-world case studies, and collaborative learning, I help students build strong foundations in research, writing, and digital media while encouraging them to think critically about the role of communication in society.

My teaching specialization includes qualitative and quantitative research methods, computational social science, data visualization, media writing, public relations, public speaking, strategic communication, and health communication.
